What can clients expect from their first session with you?
During our first session, my priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing what matters most to you. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, explore the challenges you may be experiencing, and begin identifying what you hope to gain from our work together.
I will also ask questions to better understand your background, experiences, and strengths. There is no pressure to share everything at once. This is your journey, and we will work collaboratively at a pace that respects your comfort and needs.
My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, hopeful, and confident about taking this first step.
